Change of accounting reference date

Pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules, the Company announces todaythat it has changed its accounting reference date from 31 March to 30 September.
The company’s first interim results will cover the five month periodended 31 March 2007. The final results of the Company will cover the 11 month periodending 30 September 2007.
